Who is the ‘Nourish Your Family Program’ for?

This program is for mothers who don’t want to overthink how to nourish their families – especially mothers on a tight budget, time constraints, and who feel overwhelmed by health advice online – this is for mothers who need simple practical foundations for food and lifestyle that will give them confidence to know what to feed their families and how to practically nourish themselves first.

How long will it take me to complete the program each week?

Each video goes on for 15-29 minutes, with the worksheet done in tandem. I would suggest giving yourself 45 minutes-1 hour each week to complete the module and reflect on implementing changes.

What if I’ve tried other programs before?

Most programs focus on weight loss, aesthetics or strict routines. This program focuses on long-term nourishment, energy, blood sugar balance and practical family implementation. It is an integrated program that values the mother first, and the family second.

How long do I have access?

I give you life-time access, with access to my updated features along the way.

Can I go at my own pace?

The content is available via drip content, meaning that each week is released after the other. This is so that you can take your time with it, start implementing small changes and not overhaul everything at once, which leads to overwhelm and then the likelihood of quitting. This is the complete opposite of why I created this program in the first place – to simplify and help you make small, achievable changes in your busy season of motherhood.

Does this program work no matter how many kids you have?

This program is designed for families with one child or 10. It’s not a one-size-fits-all program, but it does cater to a variety of different family contexts – working mothers, stay at home mothers and a mix of both.

Is there live support?

I have intentionally set up the program so that there aren’t any additional zoom calls you have to attend, purely because I know how hard it is for busy mothers to commit to these kinds of things. However, I have ensured that each person enrolled is a part of a WhatsApp group, where you can ask questions, stay accountable to others in the group and have access to me at all times. Plus, if you enrolled in the first 72 hours of doors opening, you will have access to a free 1:1 online consultation with me.

How is this different to all the free advice online?

The internet advice is conflicting and gives isolated tips. This program gives you a cohesive framework. Once you understand the foundations of nourishment, you won’t feel shaken by every new health trend or supplement.

Is there a payment plan option available?

No I don’t have a payment plan option, as this price is already very low for the kind of content I am offering inside the program.
