Fruity Gelatin Gummies for Kids' Wellness
I have been making these fruity gelatin gummies for kids' wellness in my household over the past couple of weeks. They will be a hit with your kids! And I'll show you three different flavours to try.

3 Silicon Ice Cube Molds
Pineapple and Coconut flavour
- 1 cup Pineapple juice (no sugar added)
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Boiling water
- 2 tbsp Gelatin powder
Strawberries and Cream flavour
- 1 cup Strawberries (blended)
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Boiling water
- 2 tbsp Gelatin powder
Apple and Cinnamon flavour
- 1.5 cups Stewed apples
- 1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Gelatin powder
Pineapple and Coconut flavour
Combine pineapple juice and coconut milk together with a whisk
Add in gelatin powder and stir until well combined
Pour in boiling hot water and stir to combine
Pour into silicon molds and set in refrigerator for at least an hour.
Strawberries and Cream flavour
Blend strawberries and coconut milk together
Add in gelatin powder and stir
Add in boiling water and stir until well combined
Pour into silicon molds and set in refrigerator for at least an hour.
Apple and Cinnamon flavour
Stew apples in saucepan over medium heat for 10 minutes (or until soft)
Discard water and blend apples with cinnamon until combined
Add in gelatin powder and stir until combined
Pour into silicon molds and set in refigerator for at least an hour
If you read the method carefully, you would have noticed that I stirred in the gelatin for the strawberries and cream recipe. You can choose to skip this step and blend the gelatin in with the strawberries and coconut milk in the blender.
For the strawberries and cream recipe, it can be quite bland depending on your batch of strawberries. If you have a blander batch of strawberries, add in about a tablespoon of honey to naturally sweeten it. I learnt that the hard way!
If you choose not to use coconut milk for either the pineapple and coconut or strawberries and cream, you can choose to use plain yoghurt or alternative milk for this. You may just need to adjust the measurements depending on what you use.
For the apple and cinnamon recipe, I found that putting about 1 and a half cups of apples in meant that I didn't need to use some of the water for the recipe, but if you only have about one cup of stewed apples, then use about 1/4 cup of water for the recipe.
